This Would Be Your Schedule...
  • Monday - Friday / up to 15hours between 9 am - 3 pm

Your Responsibilities:
  • Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
  • Member Assessments in the center and home
  • Reviewing health care documentation,
  • Being a resource for the Skylark team,
  • Assisting in the operations of the center when needed
  • Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
  • Care plan development.
