LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been serving individuals with developmental and physical disabilities for more than 75 years. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to provide educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional/Drivers to join our Adult Day Program team in Monmouth County. In this role, you will support adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities by assisting with daily activities, community participation, and transportation needs.

Training is available for serious applicants.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license required
  • Must be 21 years old to drive
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and team members
