BluShark Digital is seeking a Paid Search Manager to collaborate closely with our clients on their ad campaigns. We are looking for a candidate comfortable working across multiple client accounts and communicating performance metrics to clients.  

As a Paid Search Manager, you will manage and design strategies to be executed on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, and OpenAI Ads campaigns. This role is essential in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing strategies through the management, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who understands lead generation, prioritizes lead quality, and is focused on driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor important KPIs such as CPCs, CPLs, conversion rates, impression share
  • Collaborate with account managers and other internal teams
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, ensuring optimal budget allocation, keyword targeting, and ad copy effectiveness
