Job description

We are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) organization supporting one of the world's leading AI companies. Our groundbreaking approach to sales combines trusted advertising sales expertise, consultative client engagement, and innovative technology powered by data, insights, and AI-driven solutions.
This individual will require a deep understanding of digital advertising sales operations, performance drivers, and scaling high-performing ad sales programs globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership experience across media, advertising, and performance marketing environments, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize seller performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to client objectives.
As a key client-facing role reporting to the Global Delivery Lead, the Global Ads Sales Delivery Lead will serve as a critical liaison between business support teams and the client, ensuring alignment across strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and revenue goals. This individual will collaborate closely with Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute global priorities, lead transformation initiatives, and drive Operational Excellence through continuous improvement of advertising sales delivery programs.
This role is critical to ensuring consistency, accountability, scalability, and measurable impact across a complex global ad's sales operation.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage a large-scale global ads sales delivery program of 100+ employees, including Ads Sellers, Sales Managers, Enablement, QA, Training, Operations, and Data & Reporting teams across SMB and Mid-Market long tail
  • Drive revenue growth and advertiser success through operational oversight of digital advertising sales programs
  • Collaborate with Accenture Global Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support global ads sales priorities.
  • Provide strategic direction to Reporting & Analytics teams to identify data-driven insights, trends, and optimization opportunities across advertiser performance and seller productivity.
  • Monitor and improve core advertising performance KPIs including:
    • Revenue attainment
    • Pipeline generation
    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
    • CPC (Cost Per Click)
    • CPM (Cost Per Mille)
    • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
    • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Advertiser retention and growth
    • Seller productivity and quota attainment

  • Drive Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on scaling advertiser adoption, improving campaign performance, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Business Transformation teams to prioritize initiatives, ensure accountability for execution timelines, measure business impact, and communicate progress effectively to client stakeholders.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality metrics, and Training standards are clearly defined, consistently measured, and reported across global teams.
  • Capture forward-looking operational plans, sales motions, and quarterly priorities while proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions in partnership with the Global Delivery Lead.
  • Provide oversight and strategic guidance to the Client Reporting function, ensuring accurate measurement of end-to-end business performance, advertiser outcomes, operational efficiency, and sales delivery effectiveness.
  • Lead governance processes and deliver holistic business updates, operational insights, and OKR performance reviews to Client Leadership and Operations Account Leadership.
  • Ensure operational models, sales processes, and advertiser engagement frameworks are consistently executed across regions while driving global standardization and best practices.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to AI-driven advertising solutions, automation, optimization tools, and evolving digital media products.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales delivery, sales operations, advertising operations, program management, or digital media environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing inside sales, advertising sales, media sales, or performance marketing teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years of client management or client engagement experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimization strategies, and advertiser success drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present business performance, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging data to drive revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale KPI-driven sales organizations with aggressive revenue and performance targets.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence managing client expectations and navigating complex operational environments.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving business environments with strong adaptability and operational agility.
  • Experience supporting AI-powered advertising, digital media, SaaS, or technology clients preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

This is a full-time in office position in Atlanta, GA and requires travel at minimum once a quarter.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
