Job description

UKG/ADP Integration & Configuration Consultant
Summary:
Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces between UKG and ADP for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 6-8 week project.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
  • Design and maintain interfaces between UKG and ADP.
  • Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from UKG to ADP.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
  • Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years with UKG configuration and integration.
  • 2+ years working with ADP systems (Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.
  • California payroll experience is a plus.
