In a HR Generalist role you’ll be responsible for:
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal/external audits.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Support payroll processing.
  • Performing administrative duties.

Preferred:
  • Experience with ADP/ADP Workforce Now NextGen.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance.
