Payroll Implementation Consultant

ADP seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant to onboard and support new payroll clients, ensuring they achieve proficiency with ADP’s products and services. The role focuses on delivering expert project guidance, driving client satisfaction, and continually enhancing implementation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ADP’s payroll solutions by combining analytic and project‑management skills to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, leading the workflow of the project team and optimizing system configurations and product upgrades.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing timely solutions within client‑defined timelines and maintaining engagement throughout implementation.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions independently, ensuring accuracy of all client setup aspects.
  • Collaborate with client project team members, ADP associates in sales and customer service, and provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements.
  • Coach, mentor, and serve as an escalation point for less‑experienced implementation specialists.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a business‑to‑business client service or systems integration environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multi‑task.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues and escalation to the appropriate level.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.
