Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing and patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment among nursing staff.
