Job description

About Us

We are a variable data print shop specializing in casino and gaming direct mail campaigns. Our work is fast-paced, detail-driven, and requires a high level of technical precision. We produce high-volume, personalized print materials for major casino clients — and we do it right.

What You'll Do

  • Produce variable data print files using production art in XMPie/Adobe InDesign
  • Set up and manage print-ready files for high-volume casino mailers
  • Work with customer databases to build and manage variable data campaigns
  • Support direct mail presort processing and postal compliance
  • Utilize Excel for data manipulation, list management, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with management to learn shop-specific workflows and standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign — this is non-negotiable; you should be able to hit the ground running
  • Self-directed and independent — you won't be micromanaged; we expect you to own your work
  • Eager to learn — comfortable observing, absorbing, and mastering new processes on the fly
  • Attention to detail — variable data and casino work leave no room for error
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and list processing
  • Experience with direct mail presort and database management is a strong plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot file and production issues without hand-holding

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site — remote work is not available for this position
  • Portfolio or examples of InDesign work preferred
  • Prior experience in a print production environment a plus
