About the job you're considering

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud engagements. This role blends strong program and engagement leadership with deep functional expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate can lead large, multi-workstream programs while also acting as a hands-on functional subject matter expert (SME). 

Your role

The Engagement Lead will serve as the primary day-to-day client partner, ensuring business objectives, functional requirements, and delivery execution remains tightly aligned throughout the program lifecycle. 

Your skills & experience
  • Provide overall engagement and program leadership for multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
  • Own day-to-day client engagement management, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Act as a functional SME across Adobe Experience Cloud, ensuring business requirements translate into effective platform usage
  • Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple teams
  • Provide functional leadership across solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and related tools
  • Establish and reinforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and decision frameworks
  • Drive alignment between client teams, delivery teams, and leadership
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities

Required Experience & Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or data-driven program delivery
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud in a functional or consulting role
  • Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise client engagements
  • Strong functional understanding of AEP,CJA, CDP and related Experience Cloud capabilities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs
  • Adobe certifications (CJA, AEP, or related solutions)
  • Consulting or system integrator background

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
