Area Admissions & Marketing Director | Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center & Ponderosa VillaCascades Healthcare is seeking an Area Admissions & Marketing Director to support three of our Nebraska communities: Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center, and Ponderosa Villa. This position works between all three facilities, leading admissions, marketing, and census development efforts across the region.In this role, you'll build strong referral partnerships, collaborate with facility leadership, and create a seamless admissions experience for residents and their families. Complete admission paperwork, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards. Deliver excellent customer service through daily interactions, quality assurance rounds, and cross-department communication. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferred. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and CRM systems. Experience with medical billing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and perform duties requiring adequate vision and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
