Job description

Campus and Admissions Director

At Brightmont Academy, we believe every student deserves to be seen. Since 1999, we’ve helped students in grades 1–12 reach their full potential through personalized one-to-one instruction - no classrooms of 30, no one-size-fits-all. With 26 campuses across 11 states, we create a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning happens every day.

As a Campus Director, you’ll lead the campus in fulfilling our mission and vision - overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth through strategic planning, creative sales, and community relationship-building, and shaping a school culture where students, families, and staff all thrive. This is a role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, leads with purpose, and takes real ownership of their campus.

What you’ll do as Brightmont Campus Director:

  • Build partnerships with local professionals and educators  to advance shared goals for student success.
  • Guide parents through our personalized academic programs and recommend solutions that fit their child’s needs.
  • Foster a professional, productive, and positive culture for students, families, and staff.
  • Track and celebrate each student’s academic progress, while ensuring families feel informed and valued.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in  student admissions or enrollment management
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you take full control of your campus and lead with initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - you’re comfortable navigating new challenges and finding the right path forward.
  • Excellent time management - you know how to prioritize, delegate, and ensure everything gets done without doing it all yourself.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred

Brightmont Academy is an equal opportunity employer. Our intent is to recruit, hire, train, and all persons in all job groups in accordance with the law, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, national origin, sexual preference, or any other protected status.
