Summary/Objective:
As an Admissions Concierge, you'll be at the heart of our admissions Department, ensuring smooth operations in pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes. We're seeking a candidate with long-term care experience, a warm and friendly demeanor, and impeccable organizational skills.
**Essential Functions:**
Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiry calls from hospitals, families, and other stakeholders.
Warm Welcome: Greet families and patients with a warm and compassionate demeanor.
Guided Tours: Conduct guided tours of our center, showcasing our exceptional care facilities.
Paperwork Processing: Efficiently process admission paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordination: Establish and maintain a consistent and effective process for coordinating admissions and bed management with relevant departments and staff.
