The Admissions Concierge will be appointed to overseeing all admissions coming into the health center(s) from pre-admission to discharge. As well, The Admissions Concierge will perform all customer service rounds within first 24 hours of patient stay ensuring patient satisfaction, reporting back to appropriate center leadership and ongoing throughout the duration of patient stay. Admissions Concierge will work closely with the marketing team and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience including thoroughly communicating patient specific needs, room readiness and hospitalized patient follow-up and return.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action

  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel and the general public

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel

  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm

  • Must be willing to travel

Required experience:

  • Long term care: 1 year
