) Admissions Coordinator
Join our team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a leader in continuum of care services, and help us deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Overview:
As the Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and overall operations of all admissions directed by the Director of Admissions.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of all admissions to the facility, ensuring compliance with budgeted census projections
  • Represent the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with all respective departments to ensure seamless admission activities and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between the facility and community groups and agencies
  • Assist in implementation of the facility's marketing plan
  • Utilize appropriate sales/marketing techniques to maintain a budgeted census mix
  • Ensure detailed completion of all admission, discharge, and transfer records

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility
