• Phone Management
• Scheduling and maintaining communication with other employees.
• Efficiently and promptly respond to emails and forwarding/contacting appropriate person to respond
• Developing and updating relevant spreadsheets
• Filing and organizing of office documents
• Assisting with company marketing
• Assisting with client proposals.
• Assisting with pay roll
• Flexibility to complete any other duties in or outside of the office
Qualifications
• Candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask.
• Candidate must have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Candidate must have proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to create spreadsheets and data bases.
• Candidate must be responsible, trustworthy and dependable
• Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
• Candidate must be able to take initiative in completing daily task
• At least one year of administrative experience required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish / English a preferred.
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check.
Additional Information
We are a small but growing company in a professional environment. Start part time and grow into full time. Start with an average of 20-30hrs a week and grow into full time. Start pay $11.50/hr. Normal hours required are from 8:30am- 2:30pm.
