RideNow Powersportsis seeking a detail-orientedWarranty Cancellations Managerto join our Allen team!

JOB SUMMARY
Manages a team that is responsible for collections, processing, and researching aftermarket service contracts to support the Warranty Cancellations team and RideNow dealership locations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages a team of Warranty Cancellations Administrators.
  • Assist with the answering of incoming email communication.
  • Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line and escalations.
  • Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations.
  • Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution.
  • Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
  • Ensures the Cancellations team meets processing goals of 80% closures in 30 days personally and group average.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the
    department and dealerships as a whole.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Experience managing staff and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent customer service and solid communication skills.
  • Dealership experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
