  • Lead the organization, administration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce processes across all regions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date Salesforce data and internal resources.

  • Identify needs, anticipate next steps, and follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.

  • Train and support employees on Salesforce functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Assist with writing, editing, formatting, and organizing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, marketing materials, and other business communications.

  • Organize information and resources in a way that makes them easy for others to understand, access, and use.
