Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the Salesforce platform for our IDR Team. This role will work closely with team leadership and users to gather business requirements, improve processes through automation, troubleshoot platform issues, and help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on Salesforce administration experience, expertise with Flow automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration

  • Serve as a Salesforce Administrator within a rapidly growing Salesforce team.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning applications and features.
  • Support system performance, data integrity, and platform usability.

Requirements Gathering & Business Support

  • Work closely with the IDR Team to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
  • Document workflows, business processes, and system enhancements.
  • Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and declarative automations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support ongoing optimization of team workflows and business operations.

Troubleshooting & User Support

  • Troubleshoot system issues, user-reported problems, and automation failures.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for Salesforce-related requests.
  • Assist users with reporting, dashboards, and general platform usage.
  • Deliver user training and help drive Salesforce adoption within the team.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and business users.
  • Assist with ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and overall system hygiene.
  • Support data imports, updates, and cleanup initiatives.
    Required Qualifications
    * 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
    * Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
    * Strong hands-on experience with:
    * Salesforce Lightning Experience
    * Salesforce Flow
    * Reports and dashboards
    * User administration and security management
    * Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
    * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
    * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range
$110,000—$145,000 USD
