NHS Management, LLC is seeking motivated, high-potential individuals to join ourAdministrator in Training (AIT) Program. This is a unique opportunity to develop into a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and grow into a leadership role within one of the Southeast's leading long-term care management companies.

What You'll Do

As an AIT, you will:

  • Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.
  • Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
  • Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.
  • During the first year you will be a road warrior working and learning in several different departments in various facilities across the state....from Athens to Mobile.
