Job description

Administrative Assistant

Gulfport Mississippi | Part-Time | $15โ€“$18/hour

About the Position

We are looking for a smart, dependable, curious, and motivated person to work directly with company leadership as an Administrative Assistant.

This is a broad, hands-on position that will evolve as you learn our business. You'll initially assist with a variety of administrative and business-related tasks, and over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility based on your strengths and interests.

You don't need to know how to do everything when you start. We'll teach you.

What matters most is that you're someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, takes initiative, and can figure things out.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the business and may include:

  • Supporting company leadership with day-to-day needs
  • Assisting with administrative and business projects
  • Helping with recruiting, HR, marketing, and customer experience
  • Researching information and helping find solutions
  • Communicating with customers, employees, applicants, and vendors
  • Organizing information, documents, and projects
  • Taking on new responsibilities as you learn and grow

No two days will necessarily look the same.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Smart and capable
  • Dependable and organized
  • Comfortable with computers and technology
  • A quick learner
  • Naturally curious
  • Comfortable asking questions
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Able to figure things out
  • A strong communicator
  • Comfortable working independently once given direction
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work
  • Interested in learning and growing with a company

  • Previous administrative or business experience is helpful, but not required.

We're much more interested in your ability and attitude than having the perfect resume.

    Growth Opportunity

This position is intentionally designed to grow with the right person.

You may start by helping with basic administrative tasks, but as you learn the business and demonstrate your abilities, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful responsibilities across different areas of the company.

We're looking for someone who can eventually be given a problem and say:

    "I'll figure it out."

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow alongside a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.

    Schedule & Compensation
    • Part-Time
    • Mondayโ€“Friday
    • 9:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM
    • 1-hour lunch
    • 35 paid hours per week
