The Administrative Secretary provides vital support to the office manager by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective calendar management, communication, and office organization. This role facilitates efficient workflow and supports the administrative needs of the office by handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Principal executive calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare and format documents and reports for parents and vendors
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Maintain filing systems and organize office documents for students records
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Manage office supply inventory and orders
  • Facilitate internal and external communication
