Job description

Project Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to support a long-term construction project. This is a great opportunity for an organized administrative professional looking for stability and the chance to become an important part of a growing project team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the project team
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files
  • Assist with purchase orders (POs), requisitions, and other project documentation
  • Process and track requests and documentation as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  • Assist with basic financial and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is organized and up to date
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and other project contacts
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with purchase orders, requisitions, or similar documentation is a plus
  • Finance, accounting, or construction industry knowledge is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger project team
