Position: Administrative & Technical Support
Location: Omaha, NE (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0730-1630
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships while representing the organization professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of applicable Air Force standards, military policies, and civilian procedures.
  • Successful completion of USAFSAM and department in-processing/orientation requirements.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 51 pounds, with occasional handling of heavier items in accordance with NIOSH guidance.
  • Ability to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the start of performance.

Highly Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with military administrative processes, including decorations, evaluations, reports, and related personnel actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for C-STARS Omaha cadre and leadership.
  • Coordinate medical and non-medical logistics, facilities, resources, human resources, contracts, security, and information management activities.
  • Support budget planning, financial operations, and administrative initiatives to ensure effective program execution.
  • Coordinate organizational meetings, maintain records and databases, manage correspondence, and prepare administrative documentation.
  • Support student training activities by preparing course materials, coordinating classroom logistics, distributing badges, processing course critiques, and completing required administrative actions.
  • Maintain records management programs, training documentation, and administrative databases for cadre and students.
  • Assist with medical and non-medical supply operations, including inventory management, ordering, stock replenishment, equipment accountability, and coordination with 55th Medical Logistics at Offutt AFB.
  • Research and resolve supply discrepancies, aged orders, excess inventory, and customer support requests.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, delivery, and disposition of supplies, equipment, furniture, and government vehicle assets.
  • Update and coordinate Training Affiliation Agreements (TAA), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with civilian universities, military organizations, and legal offices.
  • Coordinate visits, tours, and special events for dignitaries, partner organizations, and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational readiness activities while working in classroom, simulation, and aeromedical training environments, including performing moderate physical tasks as required.
