As a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC), Link Media Outdoor owns and operates billboard assets across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Position Summary

The Administrative Sales Support role serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring the efficient processing of contracts, coordination of advertising campaigns, and delivery of outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain sales contracts within the company's billboard management software.
  • Process sales contracts accurately and efficiently in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Create work orders for vinyl installations, removals, and maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with Operations personnel to ensure established processes and procedures are followed.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations to resolve issues impacting advertising campaigns and customer ad copy.
  • Provide backup support for the Operations Manager when needed.
  • Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and scheduling of advertising materials with vendors, Sales representatives, and Operations personnel.
  • Assist the Sales team in monitoring the quality and placement of advertising copy throughout the market.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from Sales representatives and customers while helping resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain advertising posting schedules.
  • Assist with customer prospecting, market research, and lead generation activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Work independently and collaboratively on ongoing projects and special assignments.
  • Support market sales efforts by preparing, distributing, and maintaining proposals, contracts, and related customer documentation.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate documentation and communication between vendors and internal departments.
