Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform tasks as needed to support office operations

Qualifications:

- detail oriented, organized, motivated, technology proficient
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office

-must have Quickbooks experience

- payroll entry and vacation schedule

-Notary or willing to become a notary

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
