Administrative Support Team Member

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced office environment? We're looking for an Administrative Support Team Member to join our team in a full-time, in-office role supporting daily operations, guest communications, and administrative processes.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping communications, invoices, and daily tasks running smoothly. You'll work closely with guests, developers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, professional experience every day.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM Compensation: Starting at $21/hour

Responsibilities

  • Review and process weekly invoices for accuracy, enter them into the CRM, and research any discrepancies
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to guest, developer, and partner communications promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest and developer inquiries with courtesy and accuracy, escalating issues when needed
  • Provide excellent service by resolving questions using knowledge of company policies, products, and services
  • Maintain scheduling/calendar accuracy within internal systems and manage assigned tasks to completion
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to resolve issues quickly and clearly
  • Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes and enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
  • 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Professional email etiquette and strong written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • CRM/database and data entry experience
