We are seeking a Administrative Associate to join our Hispanic Ministries team in Charlotte, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of Administrative Associate,you will have the opportunity to:
  • Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Works with Travel department to initiate travel itineraries for Hispanic Ministry staff and contractors as they respond to US Disasters to mobilize the Hispanic church.
  • Supports travel expense reporting for staff and Hispanic Ministry Contractors. Liaise with travel and finance department at Samaritan's Purse and BGEA.
  • Works with Legal Department to create Ministry Partner agreements as well as update contracts for contractors, vendors, and speakers for Hispanic Ministry activities.
  • Proactively supports the Hispanic Ministries staff team in events and projects as needed, assists in additional administrative areas to further the mission of Hispanic Ministries.
  • Creates reports from Hispanic Ministry activities that summarize the ministry impact.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong written communication in English and Spanish, required
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, BOX, WhatsApp groups, basic social media)

  • Understanding of Hispanic church culture in the USA (preferred)
