Resumen del Puesto

El/la Asistente Administrativo(a) será responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo y operacional a la organización, asegurando el manejo eficiente de documentación, coordinación de actividades, atención a clientes y soporte a diferentes departamentos.


Responsabilidades
  • Contestar y canalizar llamadas telefónicas de manera profesional
  • Manejar correos electrónicos y correspondencia general
  • Coordinar reuniones, citas y actividades administrativas
  • Preparar reportes, documentos y presentaciones
  • Mantener archivos físicos y digitales organizados
  • Entrar datos y actualizar registros en sistemas internos
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes y proveedores
  • Brindar apoyo administrativo a diferentes áreas de la empresa
  • Realizar gestiones fuera de oficina cuando sea requerido utilizando vehículo propio
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según necesidad operacional

Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en funciones administrativas o clericales
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook y PowerPoint)
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo
  • Buenas destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
  • Atención al detalle y orientación al servicio
  • Licencia de conducir vigente
  • Vehículo propio (requerido)
