A very well known Company near Glendora is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Position Tittle: Administrative Assistant 
Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (OT as needed)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends) 
Pay Rate: $20.04/Hr. to $29.05/Hr. (DOE)
Position Summary:  Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support within the operations department.
Position Description:
 
  • Event management support
  • Graphic design, specifically using Canva
  • High level of organization
  • Extreme attention to detail, traditional Type A personality characteristics preferred
  • Update leadership schedules, formatting of manager documents and/or policies and procedures as needed
  • Planning and coordination of staff meetings, creating meeting agendas, scheduling, distribution of necessary documents to all meeting participants
  • Answers and screens incoming calls, takes message, transfer to the appropriate department
  • Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Sets up and maintain electronic files, ensuring security of confidential information
  • Other duties may be assigned 
Requirements:
-Minimum of associates degree with a concentration or minor in computer science
- Minimum of (2) years administrative assistant related experience required
-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
-Must be able to pass a background check
