If you're looking for a practice where you can provide exceptional medicine, work alongside a collaborative team, and enjoy an outstanding work-life balance, we'd love to meet you.

Conway Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in beautiful Conway, South Carolina. We welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with outstanding mentorship available for those beginning their careers.

Since opening our state-of-the-art, 7,000-square-foot hospital in 2020, we've continued to grow. Why Conway Animal Hospital?

We believe exceptional patient care starts with supporting our team. Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to practicing high-quality medicine while genuinely enjoying what we do.

Every veterinarian is supported by at least three highly skilled veterinary nurses, allowing doctors to focus on practicing medicine rather than being pulled away by non-doctor responsibilities.

We pride ourselves on delivering:

  • Exceptional client service
  • High-quality, evidence-based medicine
  • Compassionate patient care
  • A positive, team-oriented workplace
  • Opportunities for professional growth and personal fulfillment

  • Diagnostic ultrasound performed by a traveling ultrasonographer

Build the Career You Want

We understand that every veterinarian has different career goals.

Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time employment, we're happy to create a schedule that works for you.

Our full-time doctors typically work a four-day work week, and we also offer flexible part-time schedules of two to three days per week.

Do you have a special interest or want to develop one? Whether your passion is surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, acupuncture, rehabilitation, Chi Institute certification, advanced diagnostics, or another area of veterinary medicine, we'll support your professional goals and help you continue growing.

Outstanding Work-Life Balance

Your life outside of work matters.

That's why we offer:

  • No weekends
  • No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
  • Flexible scheduling
  • A supportive team that values balance as much as excellence
