Job description

Job Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to the associate warden for operations and the major. Provide administrative support for area supervisors and other line employees. Prepare and distribute security and non-security reports.

Prepares and replies to routine correspondences and reports as required. Responsible for ensuring that adequate stock levels of office supplies and forms are maintained. Creates, provides documentation, and maintains accreditation standards.

Assist the associate warden for operations and programs with reviewing institutional inmate grievances for accuracy. Makes CRT entries of disciplinary changes and min reports. Assist in inquiring and preparing information for monthly disciplinary infraction and conviction reports.

Assist in planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising various special projects/programs and activities as directed by the associate warden. Preferred Qualifications One year or more of administrative experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
