Job Description:
At Regions, the Administrative Assistant - Executive performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This position may assist an executive, senior manager, or a group of leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages confidential, strategic, and business critical information
  • Coordinates meetings and events (onsite and offsite), reserves and prepares facilities, prepares necessary materials and distributes minutes of meetings
  • Keeps abreast of all technology used by department and troubleshoots any issues
  • Completes moderately complex projects
  • Manages leader's email inbox
  • Initiates routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda
  • Prepares reports and presentations
  • Coordinates details related to business travel
  • Completes expense reports
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments
  • Greets and directs visitors
  • Answers and directs incoming calls
  • Resolves routine and complex inquiries
  • Assists with scanning, copying, faxing, filing, mailings, and other similar tasks
  • Receives and distributes mail
  • Orders supplies and equipment
  • May provide back up to other Administrative Assistant associates for coverage and/or additional assistance needed

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years of years of administrative experience

Additional Job Description
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Experience supporting one or more senior level executives preferred.
This position will cross-functionally support two senior level executives.
This position is on-site and located at 650 S Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT.
This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
