Administrative Floater

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Administrative Floater to join our Bentonville team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves staying busy throughout the day. As an Administrative Floater, you'll receive training to provide coverage in both our Check-In and Check-Out areas, making you an essential part of our front office team.

Schedule
  • Hours 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Answer phones and assist with general administrative tasks.

  • Provide coverage wherever needed to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple front office functions.
