Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Walterboro, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Part-Time Hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our Walterboro office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management 
  •  Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately 
  •  Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination 
  •  Support staff with clerical tasks and special projects as needed 
  •  Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information 
  •  Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and office communications
