Job description

JACOBS has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our data center project (on-sight) in Spartanburg, SC.

As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting project teams through a variety of administrative and coordination activities. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will directly contribute to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Advanced Manufacturing team

  • Coordinate project deliverables and assist in tracking progress against deadlines

  • Process invoices and support financial tracking activities

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics for project teams

  • Maintain and update project databases and tracking systems

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations

  • Support high-volume front desk/welcome center operations, including greeting and checking in personnel

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations

  • Assist the construction team with a wide variety of administrative and coordination tasks

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, and external stakeholders

  • Experience in project coordination and administrative support

Ideally, Youโ€™ll Also Have
