Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our companyโ€™s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include maintaining multiple inventories, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience in an office and/or familiarity with the restaurant industry, weโ€™d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure our office's efficient and smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and maintain multiple inventories including lifting and moving up to 50lbs
  • Assist with the production of creative material
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain the filing system
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain social media postings
  • Provide general support to managers & staff
  • All aspects of accounts payable, including entering invoices and check runs
  • Assist with HR and payroll
