We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Cost Coding: Accurately code and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly.
  • Communication: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or cost-related queries.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
