Job description

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants. The administrative support staff is responsible for tasks prior, during and after the event as well as carrying out administrative tasks for our Military missions in the State of on an "as needed basis".
We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:
  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation, and input of Denclass soldier information. Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Dental office or administrative experience
  • Complete necessary training needed for Military events
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with Dental - preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience in a military setting - preferred
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Proficient with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office
