Full Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Collects payments and writes reciepts as needed
  • Sort and Distribute mail
  • Inventory office supplies
  • Make Copies as needed
  • Greet and direct all incoming persons to sign in
  • Operate Telephone system
  • Assist with onboarding process, including new hire follow-ups
  • Prepare and complete new hire orientation
  • Keep timely records of benefit enrollment and change
  • Organize and maintain accurate employee files
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations and employment laws

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Human Resource & Recruiting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and respect confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and desire to work in a team orientated environment
  • Previous experience working in a health care environment preferred
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel among company facilities
