Job description

Summary The Administrative Assistant provides support to the County Solicitor by performing general clerical and project related tasks. Essential Duties Provides administrative support to the County Solicitor and staff. Assists with intake triage, including receiving and routing matters as needed.

Maintains timekeeping information and related office records. Assists with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of office activities. Handles mail management, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail.

Assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Performs general clerical and administrative duties to support office operations. Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications High school graduate; college preferred. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple office priorities. Must be organized and able to maintain accurate records and files.

Ability to work with diverse personalities in a professional office setting. Familiarity with basic office software. Ability to learn and use relevant databases.
