Job description

Administrative Assistant – Full-Time


Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule: Full-Time


Location: Boca Raton, FL 33432 – In Person

Shift Options

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Training schedules may vary and can occasionally include shifts from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

This position is ideal for a candidate with 3–4 years of office or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to support dispatch and delivery operations
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers, clients, and internal staff
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, filing, and record management
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Word and other office software
  • Monitor and update delivery information as needed
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume work environment
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of previous office or administrative experience required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Associate degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word required; familiarity with Excel is preferred
