Administrative Assistant – Direct Hire
Location: Boca Raton FL
Employment Type: Part time 20 hrs per week Monday-Friday 4-5 hours per day
Pay: $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on
a permanent, direct-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys
supporting daily office operations and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Copy and organize documents
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Enter orders and other information into the company system
• Check and distribute incoming mail
• Scan and file documents
• Fax documents as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfortable entering data accurately into computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to manage routine tasks independently
• Professional communication skills

Schedule: Full-Time
