Logistics Assistant
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17-$20 hour based on previous experience
Location: Warminster, PA
Logistics Assistant Description:
Enter and maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and order information in ERP, shipping, and carrier systems
Enter and maintain accurate information in Sage X3
Create and process repair estimates and customer quotations
Review and complete sales orders for accuracy
Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and repair authorizations
Communicate effectively with customers, sales staff, management, and internal departments
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Logistics Assistant Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics administration, warehouse administration, manufacturing support, or a related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
