Office Manager/Executive Assistant Pennswood Village, a Senior Living Community located in Newtown, PA, Bucks County, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Administration Office.This administrative role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven ability to manage executive priorities, coordinate schedules and meetings, supervise staff, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. What You'll Do Support the CEO and Executive Team with calendars, meetings, and special projects

Manage the daily operations of the Administration Office. Supervise and support the Administration Associate. Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings.

Oversee meeting room scheduling and meeting logistics across the organization. Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, correspondence, and publications. Maintain confidential corporate records and organizational policies.
