Piper Companies is seeking an Office Administrator to join a growing biotechnology and industrial microbiology research and manufacturing organization in West Chester, PA. The Office Administrator will serve as the face of the office, supporting daily administrative operations, coordinating communication across departments, and managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors, contractors, and guests while maintaining a professional office environment.
โ€ข Provide administrative support to leadership teams, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and general office coordination.
โ€ข Assist the sales team with lead follow-up activities and CRM data management within Salesforce.
โ€ข Coordinate internal support functions such as office supply management, IT-related administrative requests, and work order tracking.
โ€ข Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of assignments and ensuring accurate reporting and proactive communication
