POSITION: ย  Girls' Bowling - Assistant Coach

DATE AVAILABLE: Immediate Opening (2026 season)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous coaching experience
  • All coaches, whether volunteer or paid, must meet requirements set forth by the IHSA, as well as Hononegah #207, including, but not limited to:
    • Background Check
    • ISBE PEL, ASEP, or NFHS Coaching Certificate
    • Pass all required the IHSA tests (PES test, concussion test)
    • Become CPR-certified

STARTING STIPEND LEVEL & STIPEND: Level DD $2,833 ย (*varies depending on relevant experience)

SELECTION PROCESS (ASSISTANT COACH/ACTIVITY ADVISOR): Head Coach and Athletic Director/Building Administrator will review applications and arrange all interviews. Internal applicants will be granted an interview per the Hononegah Education Association CBA. Any coach hired may not begin coaching duties until after District Office approval (at which time AD/Administration will be notified).ย
