Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and assisting customers with inquiries.
  • Perform collections activities, including following up on outstanding customer accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive, reconcile, and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for company records and documentation.
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements for staff, including flights and hotels
  • Support management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience.
