Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator & Processor. This position is responsible for maintaining consumer mortgage escrow records, paying escrow bills, processing secondary market mortgage loans, and HMDA input.   

Essential Functions

  • Verify and examine loan input regarding escrowed mortgages for accuracy
  • Provide escrow information to customers
  • Assemble, organize, process, and submit payment to the appropriate companies per escrow agreements
  • Communicate with the credit administration department regarding maintenance and loan payoffs
  • Balance general ledger accounts pertaining to escrow
  • Create, maintain, and mail annual analysis statements
  • Process paid escrowed notes and handle all paperwork and/or refunds of escrow balance when applicable
  • Board in-house mortgage loans
  • Scan and index mortgage loan documents
  • Process secondary market mortgage loans
  • Prepare loan documents, communicate with customers, schedule loan closings, and ensure loan packets are complete and accurate

Position Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 2 years banking experience preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel proficiency

Other Requirements

  • Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check
  • This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours
  • May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
