Job Description A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Trainee Legal Cashier to join a lovely firm based in Uxbridge. This role would be ideal for a candidate who has just completed their education and is looking for their first office role, or, a candidate who has a little administration experience and is looking to start their career within accounts. Role responsibilities: Accounting duties including bank reconciliations, sending out payments and updating ledgers Providing cover for reception including taking phone calls and greeting clients Post duties Data entry Assisting with the management of office supplies including placing orders The ideal candidate: Must be highly organsied and be able to multitask Must have supreme communication skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills are required including a basic knowledge of Excel This role would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to kick start their career and has an interest in accounting.
