Hourly Rate:  $16.06

Job Description:  Provide administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced medical office environment. Duties include drafting basic correspondence, answering telephones, data entry, providing information to callers, daily insurance verification and scheduling appointments; other related duties as assigned.

 

Position Responsibilities:  Will work Monday – Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM.

Competencies: Knowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing, etc. Demonstrate customer service skills and phone etiquette. Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions. Proficient with computers, including knowledge of office software, i.e. Microsoft Office.

Required Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED and two years’ experience in general office work.  Experience in behavioral health, CNA or medical assistant preferred.
