Role - SailPoint IdentityNow Architect and Admin
Location - Stamford, CT (Hybrid model - 3 days office and 2 days remote)
Working hours: 8:30 AM EST to 5:30 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Candidate should have at least 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of identity management solution using SailPoint IdentityNow.
Knowledge of all the flavors of Sailpoint installation and deployment Configure and Deploying SailPoint IdentityNow Connectors for various target systems preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory, Exchange, ServiceNow (Service Catalog and ServiceDesk).
Hands-on with configuring Pre-Hire, JML processes, Set-up birthright roles and lifecycle events, immediate termination workflow, Non employee lifecycle manager, aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules and roles.
Implement bulk user load and access update mechanisms to support onboarding
Understanding of Role Based Access Control, Governance and Access Certification in SailPoint Java/J2EE, xml, xhtml, JSF development skills Experience with SQL Databases.
Must be able to define detailed requirements for Sailpoint solution based on input from application owners, target architecture and high-level requirements
Assist in creating compliance certifications with SailPoint
Monitoring and compliance reporting.
Create reports for Audits
Good to have experience working in Agile projects
Good communication skills, analytical skills, business analysis and customer relationship management
Readiness to work on implementation, enhancements as well as to work on production incidents as and when required.
Ability to work some weekends and late nights performing approved changes
ITIL V3 or later experience, experience in writing change request and attending Change Advisory Boards (CAB) meeting
