Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Office Dental Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, managing patient recall and follow-up communications, verifying insurance information, confirming patient appointments, and providing reminders. Additionally, the role includes assisting with patient check-in and check-out procedures and efficiently scheduling appointments to optimize the office calendar. Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service are essential for this position.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years experience working in a Dental Office.
- Experience with Dentrix.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using dental software and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols is beneficial.
